We do not collect sensitive financial data (e.g., bank account numbers, PAN/Aadhaar, card details, or passwords).

03 Messaging Platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook)

Our service integrates with the Meta Platforms API (WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Messaging API, and Facebook Messenger API) to enable automated conversations.

• We only receive messages that you voluntarily send to our official business accounts.
• We do not initiate unsolicited conversations outside of opt-in messaging flows.
• Conversations may be stored in our secure CRM for up to 2 years for compliance and service quality purposes.
• Your phone number and platform ID are stored solely for the purpose of managing your customer relationship with STOXBELL.

04 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secured servers hosted in India via our cPanel web hosting environment with MySQL database storage. We implement the following safeguards:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
• Password-protected admin access to the CRM dashboard.
• Role-based access control ensuring only authorized staff can view lead data.
• Regular server and application security monitoring.

While we take commercially reasonable precautions to protect your data, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

05 Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. We may share your data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Internal Staff: Authorized STOXBELL sales agents and managers may access your contact information to provide services you have requested.
• Service Providers: Third-party vendors (e.g., hosting providers, Meta's API) that assist in operating our services, subject to confidentiality agreements.

06 Cookies & Tracking

Our staff CRM portal (staff.stoxbell.com) uses a minimal session token stored in your browser's localStorage to maintain your admin login session. This is not a tracking cookie and is not shared with any third party.

Our public website (stoxbell.com) may use standard analytics tools. No personally identifiable data is collected via cookies without your consent.

07 Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

• Lead & CRM records: Retained for up to 2 years from the date of last interaction, or as required by applicable financial regulations.
• Conversation logs: Retained for up to 90 days for operational and quality purposes.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 11).
